Evaluation

I used photoshop to create my avatar. I used a step by step sheet that Barry has printed out for us. I used many different bits in photoshop to create this image.

I enjoy doing this as it was so much fun and found it easy to do as I had a step by step sheet to help me.

I learnt a lot more about photoshop and the tools. It was so much fun, did not find it difficult.

Although I did not get to finish the image, I am happy with the way it looks anyway. It looks similar to a avatar and looks  funny.

Lesson one: Indesign Practice including evaluation

Evaluation

I found indesign difficult. Not easy to do and was difficult trying to find the right tools for what we were doing. 

We learnt how to put the pictures in with the text as well as creating images. Also how to edit the pictures that we had placed. 

I found putting the image into a box and knowing how to fit that picture to the frame was easy. Also adding the text and sorting out the font and size was easy to do and remember. However, I did not find the editing easy nor was the writing outside of an image. 

In conclusion, I still feel like I know very little about indesign and not sure how it is used. But in some basic areas I am an expert just not at the slightly more technical bit.
